Its smaller size compared to other hairgrass varieties makes it ideal for creating detailed, natural-looking landscapes, especially in minimalist styles such as Nature Aquariums and Iwagumi layouts. The plant propagates through runners, allowing it to fill in spaces evenly and produce a lush green lawn effect over time.
